Physiotherapy Care for Newcastle Patients

Pain and injury don't stay in one lane. A knee that won't load properly changes how you train, how you work, and how much you can do with your kids on the weekend.

At All Elite Physiotherapy & Performance we spend the time to work out what's actually driving your symptoms, then build a plan around it. Every appointment is one-on-one with your physiotherapist, in a clinic fitted out with the strength and conditioning equipment needed to rehab properly rather than just stretch and hope.

Newcastle patients come to us for sporting injuries, persistent joint and back pain, post-surgical rehab and return-to-sport programs.

What happens in your first appointment?

Most people book a physio without much idea of what they're walking into. Here's exactly how a first appointment runs, so you know what you're paying for before you arrive.

  • A full history of your injury, your work and what you're trying to get back to
  • Hands-on assessment of movement, strength and the specific joint or tissue involved
  • A plain-language explanation of what's driving your symptoms
  • Treatment starts the same day, not at appointment two
  • The first stage of your exercise program, taught and practised in the gym
  • A written plan with a realistic timeframe

You'll leave knowing what's wrong, what's going to fix it and roughly how long it'll take. No referral needed if you're coming as a private patient.
